(Because therapy is expensive… but plants are a pretty solid start)
Alright plant friends, here’s the deal.
For the next 4 weeks, commit to something simple:
👉 One intentional visit per week.
Come into the shop.
Ask questions.
Learn something new.
Talk to us, talk to each other.
Touch some leaves. Be a human being for a minute.
This isn’t about building a jungle overnight.
This is about building a habit.

We joke a lot around here… but this part is real:
• Plants have been shown to reduce stress (lower heart rate, blood pressure, all the fun stuff)
• They improve focus and attention
• Horticultural therapy is used for anxiety, depression, and burnout
• Caring for plants lowers cortisol and boosts mood
• Being around greenery reduces feelings of loneliness
And the big one:
