Refund policy

We strive to provide the best plants and products, and we stand by our commitment to quality. If you have any concerns with your order, please feel free to reach out to us any time at contact@goldleafbotanicals.ca and we will respond in a timely manner.

If your plant does not survive within 2 weeks of receiving it, please reach out to us right away.

When a plant has left our control and has been damaged, or potentially damaged, we may not be able to accept a return at all. It will be left to our discretion if we can even provide a store credit.

 

Some people have asked about finding a gnat or other pest in their plant, and the return options for that situation. We do our very best to mitigate any plant pests in our shop, which includes using Koppert's products, the best in the business for pests. We also try to teach that bugs and plants go hand-in-hand. Having a pest does not mean that your plant is unhealthy, it actually shows your plant is in perfect health. Plants give off pheromones to attract any bugs nearby, as the bugs will help give them nutrition to live. Pests will come in windows and on your clothes after being outside. The goal is to keep any pests at a normal and acceptable level. If it gets out of hand, then you have an infestation, which we can also help with.

Damages, issues, and refunds
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Koppert's orders
Orders for Koppert's products must be picked on the listed pickup dates. If you cannot pick up your order on that date, then you may come on the next day, but we cannot guarantee the freshness. This is an item we cannot refund as it is a living product.
