We take great care in preparing and shipping every plant to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed, but approval is at our discretion and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns.

• We do not offer refunds to the original method of payment.
• If an order has already been processed and shipped, we may issue store credit for the original purchase price, where applicable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
